Login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter the mobile number linked to your account. A one-time code will be sent to that number. Once verified, you can set a new password immediately. If you no longer have access to that number, contact our support team directly.
No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are detected during verification and may result in both accounts being suspended and any bonuses being voided. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, use the password recovery option instead of creating a new one.
Personal details can be updated from your account settings page after logging in. For phone number changes, an additional verification step is required to protect your account. If you run into any issues, contact support and they will walk you through it.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your Nuho90 balance within a minute or two. During peak times — especially around live PSL matches — there may be a short delay, but most transactions complete well within five minutes.
Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Full details are listed on the
Withdrawal page. Generally, mobile wallet withdrawals have a lower minimum compared to bank transfers. Make sure your account is verified before requesting your first payout.
If your deposit is pending for longer than ten minutes, first check that the transaction was completed on your JazzCash or Easypaisa app and that the funds left your wallet. Take a screenshot of the transaction reference number and contact support — they can trace the payment and credit your account manually if confirmed.
Nuho90 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. Some payment providers — especially banks — may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your bank or wallet provider if you are unsure. Withdrawal fees, if any, are always displayed clearly before you confirm the request.

Most single-match bets are settled within minutes of the official result being confirmed. Accumulator bets settle once all legs of the bet have concluded. Winings are credited directly to your account balance and are available for withdrawal immediately.
If a match is abandoned before result is determined (common in Pakistan during weather-affected T20s), most bets are voided and stakes returned to your balance. A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it as cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you need to place a total of PKR 5,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Most bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. If the bonus was not used within that window, it is automatically removed. Also, making a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will void any active bonus. Check the individual promotion terms on the
